Posts pertaining to this thread will not be approved unless significant
information that has not been stated previously is brought to the table.
For the most part, I believe that all sides (end user, ISP, software
vendor) have been represented rather well and most posts incoming as of
late raise points that have been brought up already. Thanks to everyone
who participated in this interesting and hot-button issue discussion. If
you think that the elimination of this thread is premature or have any
