(gpg forking a netstat when trying to gen a key)
Sounds like it's trying to scarf up some random bits.
Make sure you have /dev/random. Sun includes an implementation in some package
or another, so if you can get that installed you should be set; or you could
get egd (Entropy Gathering Daemon). gpg really strongly needs a good source of
random bits.
