chroot'ing ftpd

I was wondering how one would go about chroot'ing a user ftp account, using
the default ftpd under Solaris 2.6.

The man file for ftpd states that chroot happens automatically for anonymous
users, if you've set up properly for anonymous ftp usage.

But I don't see how to set it up for specific users on the system.

I realize you can accomplish this easily with wu-ftpd, or proftpd.
