RE: blocking thru IE

You could use ISA server from MS but Nick's idea is cheaper. Just write a rule in your firewall to only allow web traffic to that one site.

I haven't seen any application geared toward just that, im sure there is
one. I would use your content filtering solution(s) to do this.
