RDP to XP clients

I am just wondering how everyone out there is utilizing the RDP client on XP
workstations. My helpdesk has been asking for the password from the users to
log into the current session. Is there some sort of shadowing they can do
with their own usernames instead? We are running into this whole thing of
where some users are actually saying "I'm not supposed to give that out" as
they were trained, and good for them. What we need though is the ability to
connect to their current session via RDP to see the problem they are having
as it is happening.

Thanks

Curt
