The Administrator’s account can never be locked out, even if u take 4
incorrect attempts.
Another option, different from the one that you are using currently, is to
join the machine to another domain or
to set the machine as a standalone workstation (taking it out from any
domain is recomended) and, after that, to change the
settings in the local security policies.
