    Another solution available is Microsoft Services for Unix
    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/sfu/downloads/

    along with the OpenSSH port from
    http://www.interopsystems.com/tools/default.htm

    I use this combination on my home machine (WinXP). OpenSSH is run from
    init under the POSIX subsystem. No Cygwin required.

    Well http://www.vandyke.com has a commercial SSH server, and if it's
    anything like the SecureCRT client, it's outstanding.
