    I ran in to something similar a while back and I gave up and got the
    IEAK and did what I needed. You could check to see if there are default
    keys mapped to those functions. Wouldn't be ideal, but you might be
    able to put stickers over certain keys on the keyboard, like F5 for
    refresh and other keys. Not sure if back, home, forward are mapped to
    anything by default. Backspace does backs but only if the focus is on
    the window, and not an input box or other element which would steal the
    keypress... Sorry I don't have better info for you.
