    Martin,

    The solution to your problem is the File System object in your Domain
    Security Policy. It's under "Computer Configuration > Windows Settings
    > Security Settings > File System" if you're looking at it through the
    Group Policy snap-in. From here you should be able to specify
    permissions for files and folders that will apply to all machines that
    that GPO is assigned (all domain computers by default).
