Maybe the Active Directory schema object ComPartition can be useful
here?
Searching for "COM+ Partitions and Active Directory" on your TechNet CD
reveals several leads. It sounds like you can isolate the COM+ rights to
Users who are members of certain COM Partitions. It follows that the
Application Server COM+ Objects should then be able to be tailored to
read the rights based on COM Partitions you define in AD.
But i am just guessing here and I am not sure you need to be an
Administrator to do all that you say needs to happen.
What do you mean by "publishing com+ dll" Are you talking about NTFS
and Registry ACLs in order to register a dll ?

I have a big problem when I have to give access on windows servers for
user who need to publish com+ dll because they all need to be in
"Administrators" group.
Has anyone found any solution for that?
Is there someway to publish com+ dll without been the server
administrator?
Thanks
