Let's see if I get what you're saying:
1) You want the third-party support to have admin rights when they
are logged in.
2) You don't want to give the admin password to the 3rd party
support.
2) They first need to unlock the server by using the admin
password.
3) You aren't always available on-site to unlock it for them.
4) You don't want to give the admin password to a regular user who
may be available on-site. (naturally!)
...is that correct?
If that is correct, my suggestions are:
1) Don't leave the admin logged in & locked. Always log off, and
cover yourself with a utility that will automatically log off (not lock)
after a certain amount of time.
2) Create another admin login, restricted to only that machine,
with NO LOGON HOURS. Then the 3rd party support has to contact you
before they need to access the unit, with enough time for you to enable
the account.

You are giving them access to use the server with an administrator
logged in, but you won't tell them the administrator password?
Is that correct? Or, is the server not logged in, and they need to log
into it?
Tyson.

Subject: Password Protected Screen Saver and Administrative Password
Does someone know a way to allow a normal user to release a server
password protected screen-saver without giving the user the
administrator password?
I need this so that third-party support can access our server via
GoToMyPC when I am not there. The password protected screen-saver
blocks them from remote access to fix problems. I cannot always be
on-site to assist by supplying the screen-saver password.
