    Microsoft beta tested a tool called "limit Login" during the summer of 2004
    to be released with a Windows 2003 feature kit in August, The beta program
    finished, but Microsoft has of yet have to release this kit, Much to my
    annoyance :/
    Keep an eye out for it if it does come out.
