You can do the always ignore for VNC, but the reason I was saying for
everyone that this wont work well for me is my network is 5 locations
spread geographically 500-600 miles apart. I really really like to roll
things out to the various locations, and until Microsoft gives you an
easily manageable console for the organization, making these spot
changes would be a major pain.

Not saying the product isn't a credible effort so far, but it (and the
vast majority of tools out there) lack enterprise friendly options.

Thanks for the note. After popping back into SpyBot S&D, I see it
lists a missing immunization. ;) I'll update the posted text file to
    incorporate this.

I heard about this as well. I didn't have any form of VNC installed on
this system. (I normally use TightVNC, however this system is on a KVM
with my production machine.) You can tell it to "always ignore"
something, which I found handy for the various keyloggers/trojans I
had saved that I knew about. It didn't detect them on subsequent
    scans.
