Did you modify the "Default Domain" policy, or the "Default Domain
Controller" policy or some policy created for the OU?

From the client try running "gpupdate /force" from the command prompt,
twice(just to be sure) and then run "rsop.msc" to view the Resultant Set
of Policy on the system. It will tell you which policy is being
    applied.

    Hi, all

I pushed out audit policy and event log policy through
group policy to all our servers (70). All server in
    the Servers OU.
None of them got policy. I ran secedit many times.

Can anyone point me why and the right direction?

We are in windows 2K and XP environment.

    Thanks,

    Peter
