    Sorry, I staked.

    The Authentication Tab of network interfaces modifies the following keys:

    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EAPOL\Interfaces\<Interface CLID>

    I can't find any documentation about 802.1x parameters in this key, but simple export/impost works. You can try to set this key via startup script.
