    Yes, it is possible.
"Secure" is a relative term. Exactly what are trying to accomplish?

Have you seen the deployment / configuration docs on
    www.microsoft.com./isaserver and www.isaserver.org yet?

    Subject: Proxy Server/ISA

Hey all - I have an ISA question and am in need of some
    technical/security
    responses.
The issue revolves around utilizing ISA server as a reverse proxy and
outbound proxy on the same box.
The first question - is this possible (assuming you have all the
    hardware
    you need)?
The second question - is this or can this be made secure?
    I appreciate detailed responses. Thanks!
    -Tim
