Windows file move restriction

    I am wondering if there is a way to set security on a windows folder
    that allows a user to MOVE only the files inside of it to another folder
    vs. copying them. We are implementing a DMS and need to have users move
    their files to another location instead of copying them. Is this
    possible? Thanks to everyone.
