    You can disable the server service as part of the GPO. Aside from that,
    there's no practical way to do this if the user is an administrator. Of
    course, this would also break any "workgroup" based print sharing, file
    shares, and possibly other tools which depend on the server service
    including, possibly, support staff.

    Is there a way with Group Policies to disable sharing without pulling users
    from the Administrator group or killing adminstrative shares? I'm looking
    for a way to reduce "everyone" shares without flogging end users. Strangely,
    that actually sounds fun.. ;c)
