    Not really, disabling devices per user is kind of tricky, you could in
    theory have a registry file executed when the user logs in, but this may not
    be effective. There are commercial solutions for this problem, specifically
    SecureWave's "SecureNT" which lets you control access to all sorts of things
    like floppy/cdrom drives, USB, serial ports, etc (essentially anything IO
    related). Not sure of any other companies that make such products.
