Hi there,
You just answered the question ... if you want the files seperately, you
need to find the respective Bulletin and follow the links to the download
page, and then download the specific file.
MS update does give you the hotfixes, but relevant to what service pack you
have installed. If you had service pack 1 or 2 installed you would not have
got the RPC fix as 1 and 2 are no longer supported. If you had 3 or 4 you
would have got the update.

Does anyone know if hotfixes can be downloaded from Microsoft, without
using windows update, and SUS? Also is the new RPC patch available through
windows update? It seems that some hotfixes do not make it to windows
update, you have to go back and find the specific alert, then download
individually form the KB article page.
