We're trying to repro this in-house.

Anyone who is experiencing ISA RPC publishing failure, please email me
your ISAInfo and a detailed description of your RPC publishing scenario.

I've got problems with this patch & my Exchange server.
Any MAPI users loose ability work with the server.
Its was concerned with desync computer account in AD.
After rejoining computer to domain and /forestprep all seems to be ok.
External users it users which work through ISA RPC filter, or not?
