Where it was. Don't know why. What I did was go to www.microsoft.com
and tell it to find 823803 and it found that link. Hope that helps.

Has anyone else tried, in vain, to get the
"Flaw in Windows Function Could Allow Denial of Service (823803)"
patch.
I know that the original bulletin from the 12th was revised on the
13th.
But now the download
link points to www.microsoft.com . And I have not seen another
revision
about this.
Anyone here from MS care to shed some light?
