    Several people mentioned reviewing index.dat files.
    My friend Keith Jones wrote a tool called "pasco" to
    parse index.dat files:

    Source code for UNIX and a version compiled via Cygwin

    You can send the output to a CSV format file for easy
    import into Excel.
