There is another way of doing this. This may be used on top of this screen
saver, in order to disable ctl-alt-del, alt-tab etc., usually you have to
rewrite gina.dll which is messy. There is a cool way of doing it by
remapping keys that I use on XP embedded set top boxes that is described in
this slightly broken article:

You can set up one .reg file to disable system keys and another one to
re-enable them. Lots of applications for this cool little hack.

Zip file contains "clear.scr" - which allows you check "On resume, password
protect"
We use it for never-ending looping PowerPoint show (.pps) files in public
areas.
