Typically what I do is create a domain global group and call it 'server
name Admin Group'. I then add the user or users that I want to have
admin rights to that server to that group and then from the domain
member server I add that group to the local Administrators group. From
this point on any person that is in that domain group has admin rights
to that one server. The other thing that you can do is just add that
doamin user to the local Administrators group on that one member server.
Hope this answers your question. E-mail me if you have any questions.

    Hi, I have a question.

I want to assign administrators rights to a user domain in a machine
    running
W2K Server, the problem is that the machine is domain server, I dont
    want to
make that user member of the domain admin group, He only needs to have
administrators rights on the local machine.

Sorry, my English is not good.

How can I do it? Any idea?

    Thanks in advance.
