    Snaqi,

I apologize for any errors. I am a long time reader first time poster.

I have done some research in this area. I found an easy hardware solution that might do exactly what you need. I came across it researching a redundant / load balanced broadband connections for a client (DSL and Cable).

" Pro800turbo Internet Security Box " It runs $400 and has an :
"Analog / ISDN Backup 230k Serial Port for Truly "Always On" "

They have an appliance that does the same thing for one broadband connection for $210. The Pro100
"While the Pro100 firewall keeps your network safe, it allows easy- setup for sharing your Internet connection with up to 253 computers. The dial-up backup automatically keeps your network connected via an external analog or ISDN modem* if your broadband goes down."

As far as the software, I can't help you. I think you'll have fewer headaches behind a hardware NAT & firewall. Working with Windows 2000 RRAS or ICS can be frustrating sometimes.

    Subject: Network Load balancing software

I have one Dsl connection but I often get disconnected due to broadband
    failure.
I've 56k Modem backup, I need a software which can balance the load if both
connection are live, secondly it should be anle to redirect the traffic to
    active connection.
