securent from securewave lets you restrict access to removable media
(floppies, cd, etc), and various ports (parallel, serial, usb, etc). AFAIK
it's the only product that does this for windows.
Not sure how fine grained you can do controls (i.e. read vs.s. read/write),
may need to add a secon read only drive.
