Hi Naveend,
Well first of all u have to have Admin rights so as to be able to have the
previlage to go for a remote shutdown.In any case(suppose someone knows the
admin password ;-).. if u do not want a specific computer to be able to go
for a remote shutdown then i think that this shud work:
goto: usermanager-->policies-->user rights-->force shutdown from remote
system (DISABLE THIS)

This shud work :-)
