AFAIK this hasn't happened before, which worries me. I have the feeling
that MS have screwed up, maybe re-opening a really old security hole and
trying their best to cover it. The fact that the bulletin was re-written
and it still gives very little information suggests that it isn't a false
alarm of sorts.
