There are registry keys that will allow for that. You can search
http://www.jsiinc.com/reghack.htm for more information. You can hide the
entire TAB if you wish. Another way to easily do this across the board is
to create a custom build using IEAK (Internet Explorer Administration Kit) -
free from MS. I personally use the autoconfig scenario to propagate changes
I want the user to have. IE will look to this file and load the settings
that you as an administrator have set. It works great.
Thanks,
Mark.

Subject: Internet Explore lock up software!
Hi:
I'm running into a problem with the end users keep changing the Security
setting on MSIE. Whatever security I try to turn on in IE, they will
turn them back to the default setting. And this is frustrating.
My question is, do you guys know of any third party software that allow
me to lock all access to the security setting in IE? Or are there some
keys in the registry allow me to do this? Thanks.
AP
