I believe IEAK lets you disable access to security features. If your on an
Active Directory domain, you can use GPO to prevent users from changing
security settings. IE polciies are in the GPO in a few places:

User\Admin Template\Windows Components\Internet Explorer
User\Windows Settings\Internet Explorer
Computer\Admin Template\Windows Components\Internet Explorer

Many of the actual customization options of IE itself are in the GPO.

Hi:

I'm running into a problem with the end users keep changing the Security
setting on MSIE. Whatever security I try to turn on in IE, they will
turn them back to the default setting. And this is frustrating.

My question is, do you guys know of any third party software that allow
me to lock all access to the security setting in IE? Or are there some
keys in the registry allow me to do this? Thanks.
