info MBSA and patch

on my win2k pro and win2k server i installed sp3
when i check with MBSA i always find this 2 hotfix not confirmed

     MS01-022 WebDAV Service Provider Can Allow Scripts to Levy Requests as
User
     MS02-027 Unchecked Buffer in Gopher Protocol Handler Can Run Code of
Attacker's Choice (Q323889)

so i download and install this patch, but when i reboot and i check i got
the same error

any suggest?
