I have not used HFNETCHKPro, so I cannot comment on it. A popular tool is UPDATE Expert from Saint Bernard Software.

I have been looking for a patch deployment tool for Microsoft OS's. Has anyone used HFNETCHKpro as their patch deployment tool? If so, What is your opinion of the tool?
 
Also does anyone know of any better tools for patch deployment?
