do you mean you are not allowed to or you have no utilities to change the pw?

If you are not allowed to I have no solution :)
If you have sufficient rights but no tool for it, then use this one:
http://wwwthep.physik.uni-mainz.de/~frink/passwd.zip (author: Alexander Frink)
You can change your password on the remote machine on command line, assuming you have the corresponding right to do so. (mind that you use the foreign domain controller as target machine!)
