A couple of thoughts...

1. I haven't checked lately, but do the
patches/hotfixes still include an install date as one
of the key/value pairs in the Registry key created for
that patch?

2. Either way, go to:

http://patriot.net/~carvdawg/perl.html

look for 'keytime.pl'. This script retrieves and
translates the LastWrite time for Registry keys
(appear as folders in RegEdit). Unless the key
contents are somehow modified (written to) after the
installation, the LastWrite time should also be the
date and time the key was created.
