While trying to install MS SQL 7.0 SP3 Database Components on a users
computer, I noticed that their is no setup file to execute. The user had
MSDE running on his box, due to installing Visio, and I needed to patch it
according to MS02-020. After downloading the service pack (sql70sp3i.exe)
from: http://www.microsoft.com/sql/downloads/sp3.asp I followed the
directions saying to download it to your computer, run the self-extracting
executable, but then running the setup program is difficult since I can't
find one. Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks,
Jeff
