Reinstallation of Hotfixes

After loading IIS5 on a Win2K server I reinstalled SP2 and SRP1. Before
reloading the hotfixes I ran QFECheck and it indicated all of the post
SP2/SRP1 hotfixes were still installed and valid. Is QFECheck authoritative
on this or should I reinstall the hotfixes? Thanks.
