I've received false scans from web servers when the server sends a 404
page with HTTP 200 headers. This often happens if there's a CGI script
generating the error pages. If you're running roll-your-own error pages,
e.g.,
ErrorDocument 404 /cgi-bin/not_here.cgi
then make sure the CGI script (or whatever) is sending real 404 status
headers.
If that's not the problem, ignore this post :-)
