I was simply wondering if anyone had suggestions for a (secure?)
undelete function specifically made for 2000 file sharing. The goal of
course, if someone were delete a file on a server. They would be able to
recover it (from their workstation), as well as the Sysadmin of the server's
ability to recover it. Server base is 2000, client base is a mix of 2000 and
Win98SE. I noticed a product called "Undelete" from Executive Software. Any
thoughts on this? http://www.undelete.com/undelete/undelete.asp
If possible, an ideal program would automatically encrypyt and/or secure
the file being "deleted", making it recoverable by the user/group or
Sysadmin for XX ammount of days. Thanks for the input.
