You should also concern on protecting the Windows Media Services contents for any VOD services at government sites, including defense systems containing video contents for educational purpose.
If you know solutions, That would be very integrated. For MS products such as Windows platform has built on EFS technique and more but, I believe the remote intruder could gain encrypted password by dumping SAM informations. Therefore it is not concern for government sites. The high encryption technique for storing critical informations are compatible with previous file systems.
