This alone should be enough to raise questions. After
all, if someone who's produced a third-party product
can't quell your concerns, then perhaps that
relationship should be revisited.
However, for the admin himself to post to the list
from his work domain, and to tell everyone in the
public list that he's installed it and allowed the
tech support folks to connect to it...that opens him
up to attacks.
