Basically, in IMS connector config, go to routing. If you have at
least SP1 installed, you should have a routing restrictions tab. If
you chose Hosts and clients that successfully authenticate AND hosts
and clients with these IP addresses AND you add the IP addresses,
it'll check to see if either condition is met.
