Please use a URL instead of a fat paragraph. There is an unfortunate
trend to define the obvious in emails. "if this isn't for you, delete
it", "we can't guarantee XYZ", "we're not sure if the world is round but
due to technical posits, we'll assume that it is", etc.
It isn't necessary to add a 200 word essay on responsibilities,
liabilities, etc, of emails. So if your company has such a critter,
please ask them to consider using a URL instead.
