Getting them out, especially if you're talking about the portions that ship
by default with Win2K's version of IIS, can be a real pain.

If they were installed separately, then uninstall them using Add/Remove
Programs. Otherwise, it's rip and hack until you get them out.

One piece of disheartening news - every time you apply a service pack, they
come back. I've had to reset my NTFS security settings and remove mappings
for FrontPage related items 4 times (the first time, after installing, once
after installing SP1, once after installing the hotfix for the IDA buffer
overrun, and again after installing SP2. I expect that I'm going to end up
doing it again shortly, as there are a few accumulated hotfixes.

Good luck - and if someone does come up with a more permanent way to get
them out, please post it here.
