Download the XML from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/xml/security/1.0/NT5/EN-US/mssecure.c
ab and save it to the tool folder. Otherwise direct (semidirect - routed
through NAT/transparent using MS firewall client) internet connnection is
required.

file from the following location -     mssecure.xml
