Here's a simple way to start:
Your machine must be part of a Windows NT domain for this to work, as the
user must be authenticated by the network to access windows.
Of course I must include...
--- WARNING: Incorrectly using Registry Editor may cause severe and irreparable damage and may require you to reinstall your operating system. Problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor cannot always be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. ---Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called "MustBeValidated" and set it to equal "1" to require successful authentication.
Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Network\Logon] Value Name: MustBeValidated Data Type: REG_DWORD Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
