Oops - when I first read the initial mail I thought you had already done
this. If you still get prompted after changing it to Windows NT
Authentication then try my original suggestion of changing the IE security
settings.

Right click on the "website" in the IIS 4 Admin utility, there is a tab
for "Directory Security", a button at the top reads "Edit..." click this,
and select "Windows NT Authentication" and deselect "Anonymous Access".
This is from memory, so it's not my fault if I'm wrong.
