    The German computer journal ct' is offering a system called
    'Knoppicillin' from time to time:

    I never used it, but I suppose it's what you are looking for. It is
    based on knoppix and apart from clamav include some non:(-free code.

    That is why they do not offer a download image.

    They offer some kind of ordering special editions from the archive and
    probably the CD (or DVD) is included if you order the old edtion 20/04.

    However, is will likely be DE localized.
