There was almost no comnunity support for RH 8.0 testing, and even less for
RH 8.0 development, so it was put on hold. If people make a commitment
to help, then it would probably be added back in.
But for the developers to spend all the extra time creating RH 8.0 packages
and then have no one test them was just drag on the other projects (e.g.
RH 9, RH 7.3) where people were helping with QA and testing.
