You can enforce this using Deep Freeze on Windows and MacOS X. We successfully
use this strategy in a university setting, and in laptops we sell. Keeps the
systems free of viruses, adware, keyloggers etc. If you have a problem, just
reboot. Combined with other good security practices (firewalls, updates, AV),
this is a real timesaver.
